With over 8 years’ experience in the fitness industry, I specialise in helping women build strength and move better in everyday life. I’ve worked with everyone from mums-to-be, to students, to busy mums chasing their next 10K PB — and I’ve seen how the right training, structure, and mindset can completely transform not just how you look, but how you feel.
As a mum of four, I know first-hand what it’s like to rebuild strength and confidence after pregnancy. With a background in sport from a young age and a love for running ultras and races, I’ve developed a deep understanding of nutrition, exercise, and biomechanics — how the body truly moves. Paired with my drive to continually refine my skills, I deliver training that works for your life… and lasts.

I had 4 sessions with Alecia as a ‘self treat’. Although Ive exercised a fair bit for many years, I wanted a bit more confidence & impetus to use the gymn & was curious as to what it’d be with a personal trainer as I’m not sure how I felt about being watched. I was however very impressed & enjoyed all the sessions. She’s highly competent, knowledgeable & personable & she tailored stuff towards my needs. I learnt things I didn’t know, found a few weaknesses & used equipment I hadn’t used before or in different ways. She also helped correct some techniques. I’m hoping that some of the things I’ve learnt will save my money on physio! I’d recommend her to anyone. Indeed I have already done so.

Alecia took the time to REALLY care about my needs and supported me providing such a safe environment. She encouraged and empower me constantly. It was an incredible journey to say the least. Brilliant! I'm maybe not the usual client, nearly 70 and wanting to improve my running. Alecia really knows her stuff and identified a few things to work on straight away. So helpful but friendly making the sessions enjoyable, not a chore. I could feel improvements after just a few sessions and thanks to Alecia I have just completed the Sherwood Pines 10k trail run. I would thoroughly recommend Alecia, whatever your fitness goals I'm sure she will help you meet (or beat!) them.

If you’re thinking of getting fit/ going to the gym but lack confidence and knowledge I can’t recommend Alecia any more highly enough. I’m a 50 something menopausal woman who’s not seen inside a gym in more than 20yrs I haven’t got a clue what to do and how to use any of the equipment and the exercises I need to do, Alecia is knowledgeable, patient, kind and supportive and very very motivational. I am 4 sessions in with her and although I’ve a long way to go my belief grows after every session that I can do this. Alecia gives me goals, nutritional information and guidance specific to my needs, she’s worth every penny of investment in myself and I’m feeling a stronger sense of accomplishment all the time. Don’t wait to book her, do it now & you’ll not regret it!
