Hello, my name is Alex, I’m an energetic, enthusiastic, fitness fanatic!
Sport has always been an important part of my life. I have competed at swimming professionally and after finishing it had to find another physical activity that I would enjoy as much. Then I discovered the gym, and stayed there!
I am absolutely convinced that the key to a healthy lifestyle and dream figure is to develop habits and consistency. Now, I want to pass on my experiences to others, especially women who don't always feel comfortable and confident enough in the gym.
During a session, I put safety and technique of exercises first. I approach each of you individually to maximize the effects and benefits of your commitment to improving yourself. However, I do not forget about the friendly environment, because good training is the one you enjoy the most!

I had a few personal trainers during my life but Aleksandra is really on top of the list. I came to her with shoulder problems and each session she diligently brought in new exercises so that I am nearly back to the full range of my movements. She is attuned, creative and enthusiastic which really motivates me. I can wholeheartedly recommend her as a trainer.

Alex is great! My focus was to build my quads and glutes and she built a great regimen based on that. I can already see improvements. She’s super friendly and is really knowledgeable. She also gave me some tips on good protein brands. Much appreciated xx
