I’m Alex Leonard, the trainer behind The Phoenix PT, and my mission is simple: to help real people rebuild their confidence, strength, and identity through sustainable fitness. My journey didn’t start in a textbook — it started in the mirror. I’ve been overweight, unfit, and mentally drained. I’ve gone through the process of losing the weight, redefining my habits, and learning how to feel at home in my body again. That lived experience shapes everything I do as a coach.

I understand the emotional side of transformation as much as the physical. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, to feel judged, and to struggle with consistency. That’s why my coaching is built on empathy, accountability, and structure that fits your life — not the other way around. I don’t sell fads or quick fixes. I guide you step by step with personalised training, sustainable nutrition strategies, and mindset support that keeps you moving forward.
