With a lifelong love of movement, from team sports to marathon running and ultra endurance cycling, I discovered weight training in my 30s and haven't looked back since! It's transformed not just my performance in other sports but also how I feel on a daily basis.

Almost 3 years ago I walked into the gym not knowing where to start! As a teacher for 17 years, it felt natural for me to transition into teaching this life-changing skill. I am passionate about helping others feel confident and empowered on the gym floor.

Now I specialise in training women and supporting them with practical, sustainable nutrition guidance. Whether you're new to weights or ready to level up, if your goal is more energy, better sleep, a faster metabolism or simply to feel stronger in your body - I'm here to help.

I loved my session with Alice, she paid close attention to my form and always made sure I’m training safely. She was so encouraging and respected my limits pushing me the right amount. I’ve learned how to move better and avoid putting pressure on an older injury!
