I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer.

The areas I focus on are fat loss, building strength and gaining muscle.

I wants to help men and women become the best version of themselves! Becoming a healthier and stronger person not only physically but also mentally.

I want to fight the myth that weights make women ‘bulky’ and ‘manly’. And help women to become confident and reach their fitness goals.

I know that gyms can seem an intimidating, however I aim to help all my clients feel comfortable in the gym using all the equipment available to help them reach their goals.

I have been working with Andi since Jan 2023 and really enjoy the sessions. She’s motivating, helpful and easy to get along with. I have seen an improvement in my overall fitness and muscle tone. Highly recommend!

I have been training with Andi since 2022 and I'm happy to recommend her. She is absolutely brilliant, has helped me to tone & lose weight. Some of my joints are hypermobile so I'm prone to accidents & need careful planning for not to injure myself. Andi has taken this into account and has adjusted the training to my needs. She is slowly but surely helping me to get fit.

I have been training with Andi for about one year now and I’m so glad that I started to train with Andi. She does not make the workouts seem like a choir, she works you hard but also you can have a laugh along the way, the app she uses to monitor your progress is also great as it allows you to look back and see how far you have come, I’ve even upped my sessions from one to two a week as the hour session just flys by. Looking forward to many more sessions to come.

I met Andi in August 2022 after feeling totally demotivated for months. We hit it off straight away, she is kind and friendly knows exactly what you want. Andi always listens to me and knows when I need to increase my weights and change my program. I’ve been working on my fitness journey with Andi for 7 months so far and I highly recommend training with Andi! She is helping me build the strong, toned physique I’ve always wanted, as well as showing me the importance of form when weight training and consistently lifting heavy weights. After seeing the progress I am happy, and really its all thanks to Andi, as much as I put the work in she has helped me feel confident in going to the gym.
