I was in pregnancy just before the third semester when I started training with Andreea and I took that decision because my lower back pain was insupportable. Besides the high energy, mindblowing knowledge and ensuring that I’ll be feeling good in my skin and healthy after givining birth, after just 8 sessions my back pain became just a memory!!

After you start training with Andreea, don’t worry about skipping a gym day, you won’t let yourself do it because she knows how to deliver the perfect balance of pleasant and quick results workouts just so you are locked in from early on!

Being an ex-ballerina, I struggled a long time with sciatica and knee pain, Andreea took on my challenge although honestly I didn’t thought that this issues that built up in years, would be solved any soon. She knew exactly what she had to do and she’s strengthened my quads, lower back and glutes so I could finally live life without pain but also with a toned beautiful body. Thank you, Andreea!

I reached out to Andreea because I couldn’t stand anymore my lack of mobility and knee pain and after a long time of being afraid it will all get worse if I move, Andreea proved me otherwise. My knee pain dissapeared in 6 weeks after starting training with her and I finally feel like I reached comfort within my body. So grateful for her!!

If you used to have a love hate relationship with the gym or you’ve purchased your gym membership but all you’ve done was to think of going to gym and then life comes in the way each time, Andreea will make you love training and also make you challenge yourself but you wouldn’t know how she made that happen. I am training with Andreea for a while now and I have to write this review because she already changed the way I see myself and fitness overall but the other day I showed up to our session on the breaking point due to my personal life ( I would’ve never think of sowing up if it wasn’t for her) and she knew exactly what to do to make me focus, provided an exceptional workout and I left feeling strong and energised. I’ve met Andreea in one of her gymfloor classes just like you meet an angel at the right time when you’re lost. Fast forward, she became my PT, she’s managed to improve my upper body strength which was non-existent and didn’t know what to do about it, at each session she gives me interesting lessons on how to be mentally prepared for strength training which is an extra perk when working with her, how to switch to nutritionally packed and delicious food is another one. If you’re looking for a trainer that has the patience and passion to help you achieve your goals and more, she’s definitely the one.

Honestly , before meeting Andreea I haven’t lifted anything rather than my food, in the beginning I had 0 trust in myself that I can do anything, not to say build a lifestyle long term which includes training 2 times a week, having a better and steady relationship with food and drinking water regularly as the most notable improvements.
