I gym with Andy have been half a year, and my body has changed a lot. Before I had pt, I tried to work out by myself, but it didn't work. Andy taught me the correct fitness posture and diet. I didn't know anything from the beginning, and now I can go to the gym independently. He has always been very gentle and patient. I think he’s the best pt. I recommend it 100%

My wife and I started training with Andy before our wedding in order to loose weight and to build our strength. Neither of us had ever had a personal trainer and didn't know what to expect. With Andy, not only did we get a trainer but a friend. He is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to creating programmes to suit individual needs and always made sure to check in throughout the week. I would and have recommended anyone to choose Andy as their personal trainer.

I was in the training business a long time ago and I’ve bumped into trainers here and there over time, but none quite like Andy. Andy eats, breathes and sleeps being a coach, it’s honestly refreshing. I trained with Andy for just over 6 months and I have never felt so good, or looked so good for that matter! I’ve chatted to many of his clients and not one person has a bad word to say about him or any of his sessions, and they are all of varying abilities and skill sets. If you’re looking for a trainer that genuinely cares and someone who will get you past that plateau in your training regime, if you’re new to the gym world, or rehabilitating from injury, I couldn’t recommend him more. Andy is a great PT who was able to teach me everything that I need for a weight loss journey from very basic movements to complex full body weight lifting. Also, Andy is very knowledgeable with the nutritional side of things and was able to explain how to adjust the foods I love whilst still hitting my weight loss goals

Can't recommend Andy enough. He is a fantastic trainer and his knowledge and passion for his work and clients is very obvious even from the get go. Through Andy I gained so much knowledge as well as confidence in the gym and with my own body. There was some things I was pretty resistant too and Andy worked with me around and through those. He really helped me trust the process and see and develop the benefits of fitness that will stay with me always All I can say he is a great guy. Brilliant PT with knowledge and experience to help get the results you are looking for.
