I’m passionate about getting my clients to be more active and to prioritise having a healthy lifestyle for the long term. I’m here to help you achieve your fitness goals and also make sure you are strong and fit for everyday life.

My main focus is strength training as this is effective for so many goals - getting strong, building muscle, losing body fat, relieving stress, etc. We will also work on other important areas such as cardiovascular fitness, mobility, and developing a strong core.

Have trained with Annabel for half a year now I have seen a massive difference to my level of strength. Each week the exercises are varied and fun. Annabel is hugely knowledgeable, flexible with location and timings, basically the best personal trainer I have had!

I wasn’t sure what to expect as have never really done PT before, but Annabel created really interesting and challenging sessions that balanced strength and cardio to help me target the right muscles. Over the 10 sessions, I gained so much strength but also learnt so much and now feel a lot more confident to go into the gym and lift weights by myself. Annabel is very encouraging and easy to work with and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough if you are looking for a PT. I will definitely be back!
