Ant has been my PT for almost a year now and I'm so happy with the progress I've made. With Ant's guidance I've been able to complete my first sprint triathlon, discovered a love for lifting weights, and I've grown my confidence in the gym massively. Something I especially appreciate is that Ant really listens to your individual goals and builds your training plan around what you specifically want to get out of exercise, rather than creating a one-size-fits-all plan. As a result, his approach always feels tailor-made and supportive.

I have been having PT sessions with Ant for around 6 months and it was the best decision I've made! He is so knowledgeable about overcoming injury, and has put in a lot of research to help me completely recover. As a newbie to the gym I have gained so much

Training sessions with Ant go by so quickly, I am often surprised that an hour has passed so fast - he is super friendly and tailors the sessions so that I am doing something different each week! I enjoy that I have got to do a lot of weight training with him, which is something I never really did at the gym previously because I found it a bit intimidating doing them on my own.

I’ve seen so much improvement since I’ve been training with Ant. I’ve finally been able to do an unassisted pull-up which I never thought would be possible. Ant really listens to what I want to get out of the sessions which has massively helped me recover from previous injuries so I can train and do everything else pain free! All my training with Ant is virtual as I live up in Scotland but it has worked really well for me - Ant has programmed my workouts through the app so I can fit them around my busy and erratic work schedule, but despite that I’m still seeing improvements, even if sometimes I can only get to the gym once a week.

PT sessions with Ant are the best money that I've ever spent on my health and fitness. He's super knowledgeable and patient, and every session is worked around my goals. I feel confident and safe working with Ant as he's great at demonstrating and correcting my form (particularly on the compound lifts). I'd never lifted before so he took me from a complete beginner to being very happy to work out by myself.
