Hi, I’m Anthony, I am a personal trainer and I’m passionate about helping people build confidence inside and outside the gym. I have been training on and off since I left school but over the last 8 years strength training has become a huge part of my life, I know starting your fitness journey can feel overwhelming, which is why I focus on creating a supportive and welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable, motivated, and proud of your progress.

My approach to training is realistic, sustainable, and tailored to you and your lifestyle. Whether your goal is fat loss, getting stronger, improving your fitness, or simply feeling better in yourself, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.

Was nervous as heck going to the gym for the 1st time but Anthony made me realise no body is bothered about what I'm doing, they are too focused on their own goals.
Anthony has done a tailored strength training plan for me to help me target the areas I want to improve and I know if I stick to the plan if will work!
I've gone from being nervous to being excited to go to the gym.
If you're looking for a PT give Anthony a shout, he will soon have you smashing your goals and feeling do much better.

Anthony has really helped me build my confidence back in the gym. His energy and motivation make every session enjoyable, and he’s always encouraging me to focus on my progress. Training with Anthony for the past few months has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. Anthony what a PT within 8 weeks plan I gain a lot of muscle which was my goal now I am just start a over plan with him trimming and I know I will hit this goal as well.

I’ve only been with him a couple months and let me tell you, he is my coach, my mentor, my therapists at times 😂, my personal gym bully but most importantly, he is someone who cares for each and everyone of his people. And that’s what we are. His people, we’re not just clients to him and that’s honestly the reason I don’t think I’ve personally given up because he has had me both these months at really low and confusing point. He cares about you and what you put in for yourself. He helps you see the value in you! Honestly, once I get super skinny and more muscular than him, he will still be my coach because he’s became one of my very close friends.

If you want someone who honestly believes in you and everything you can do and want that personal connection, Anthony is your man. I wouldn’t recommend any other trainer. 1000000/10. ❤️

Starting out as a total beginner, I was super anxious going into my first session - That anxiety disappeared quickly after my first session with Anthony, he took the time to go through multiple variations to train each muscle group and find what works best for me.

Coming to the end of my program, I now feel I have the tools to carry on by myself, with the confidence that I’m maximising my time in the Gym and enjoying myself as well - This wouldn’t have been possible without Anthony!

I was stuck in a rut at the gym, doing the same routines and not seeing any difference. Anthony gave me new routines, new exercises and within only a couple of months I can see the difference already. I am more toned and lifting heavier weights. Anthony has been super supportive throughout and has also guided me to start healthier habits outside of the gym.
