Hi, I’m Tim, a dedicated Level 3 Personal Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist, and Certified Kinesiology Taping Specialist with a passion for helping people reach their full physical potential.
Originally from Latvia, I’ve been based in the UK since 2013, bringing years of experience in fitness, massage therapy, and rehabilitation to every client I work with. My mission is simple — to help you train smarter, recover faster, and feel your best every day.
I’ve always been fascinated by the human body—how it moves, heals, and performs at its best.
My journey into sport started back in school, where I first took up boxing, then transitioned into rugby. After experiencing several injuries, I discovered judo and fitness training, which remain my main disciplines today.
This deep-rooted interest in sport naturally led me to specialize in personal training and massage therapy.
For me, these two worlds go hand in hand — combining them allows me to support clients not only in reaching their performance goals but also in maintaining strong, resilient, and pain-free bodies. These approaches are far more than just relaxation; they are powerful tools for pain relief, injury prevention, and performance enhancement.

Tim has created a workout to help me return to rugby.

Tim has been an incredible PT — knowledgeable, supportive, and always professional. His help with my training on comp lead up has made a real difference, coupled with his use of kinesiology tape and muscle massage during judo competitions. He’s helped me stay strong, recover faster, and perform at my best. Highly recommend!

I’ve been training with Tim for about four months, starting with boxing sessions and having regular massage sessions as well. He really takes the time to understand my goals and built a plan tailored to my needs — including stretches and mobility work that have made a huge difference. The boxing workouts are fun, challenging, and always motivating. I’ve seen amazing progress since we started. Can’t recommend Tim enough!
