My goal is to help you live a life where you feel healthy, strong, and confident. As a Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer, I create structured, realistic routines tailored to your current fitness level, helping you progress at your own pace. I’m passionate about working one-to-one to create lasting, positive change.
I trained as a gymnast for 11 years, competing at regional level, which taught me discipline, focus, and the importance of both physical and mental strength. I’ve also worked as a sports coach for children, gaining experience in supporting individuals with different needs while promoting an active, healthy lifestyle.
My role is to keep you accountable and on track with your health, fitness, and well-being goals. We can train once, twice, or three times per week — whatever suits your schedule. Each session is part of a bespoke programme designed to be safe, effective, enjoyable, and progressive. I also offer couples or small group sessions, and I’ll regularly check in on your progress with training and nutrition to keep you motivated.

I have been having training sessions with Asha for a few months and have very much enjoyed the way she has encouraged and supported me.
She designed a series of activities with my specific medical needs and restrictions in mind and took great care to ensure I was performing them properly, and was able to complete them, which I appreciated greatly.
During the training she was enthusiastic and proactive in joining in and showing by example, keen to hear feedback on what I thought of the exercises and concerned that it had a positive effect on me both physically and mentally.
And between sessions she was in contact regularly to ask about the progress I was making, showing an interest and care in the wider long term view of my needs.
