Over the past 6 years, I’ve developed a unique approach to coaching that focuses not just on physical results, but also on building your mental resilience and self-confidence. My journey started like many others—by simply joining a gym, thinking that was all I needed to achieve my
fitness goals. But I quickly found myself struggling. I didn’t know what exactly I needed to do, and when results weren’t immediate, my motivation dropped. As an introvert, I also felt intimidated by the energy on the gym floor, worried that everyone could see how imperfect I
was. But I never gave up.
Through dedication, learning, and perseverance, I realized that fitness isn’t just about lifting weights or doing the right exercises. It’s about having a focused plan, pushing through mental boundaries, embracing discomfort, and overcoming the limits we set for ourselves. Now, as a

Ashley is a great personal trainer, she is really lovely and friendly but firm with your goals. In the time I was with her it really made a difference to my mindset and made me realise that even on my off days going to train would make me feel better. Ashley is a truly exceptional personal trainer. I am currently in the second month of a nine-month program, and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working with her. She is very approachable and incredibly motivational, and she is generous with her praise. There are certain phrases she uses that give me a thrill. For instance, when she suggests we make an exercise more dynamic, add a new movement, or modify a technique, I know she is going to challenge me. I appreciate her for this, as I can already see positive changes in my body, which has boosted my confidence, comfort, and overall sense of well-being. Ashley is a fantastic personal trainer and very knowledgable. Within one month I have not only felt so many changes in my body including feeling much stronger but I have learnt so much. This has included how to carry out exercises so that I’m maximising my potential and not causing any injuries, as well as good nutrition. I had a few injuries and body pains before starting and Ashley has been really careful to ensure that exercises improve these rather than cause further damage. Feeling really great and can’t wait to continue my journey!
