I’ve been working with Ashley for several months now, and it’s been a great experience for building strength and muscle size. The program is well-planned, with a strong focus on progressive overload to help me make steady progress toward my goals. I really appreciate the pay-as-you-go model, which makes it flexible and convenient for me. Ashley is also great at catering to my training times, making it easy to fit sessions into my schedule.

I’ve definitely seen noticeable gains, especially in my arms and chest, and my chest strength has improved significantly. The sessions are structured and adaptable, with Ashley always ready to adjust if equipment is in use. What I really appreciate is his confidence in my abilities—I've never had any injuries under his guidance, which speaks volumes about his expertise and attention to form. He also has great knowledge of anatomy, which makes his approach even more effective and ensures that every movement is done with precision.

As someone who’s a bit more cautious due to my age, I sometimes remind him to ease off a little, though I know it’s just my own concern about pushing too hard. Despite that, Ashley always ensures I’m training safely while still making steady progress.

I have recently come back to the gym after a few years away. I have always hated cardio, but I was aware that it was really important at my age ( 50’s) to improve my strength and fitness. My daughter taught me three basic weights exercises and I started to do these with minimal cardio. I started to notice a positive change really quickly. I was at the gym one day and had a quick chat with Ashley. I decided to take the plunge and booked an appointment with him. This was VERY daunting as I had never had a PT before. Being a female at my age I was feeling intimidated.However Ashley has been great, he put me at ease straight away and really listened to my concerns. He never refers to age or gender and I never feel it is an issue. He just wants to deliver the best he can for you as an individual client. I am so happy with my results so far. I’ve been training with Ashley for a few months now, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. In my mid-50s, I’d been dabbling with weightlifting and working out, but without much focus or direction. Ashley has completely transformed that. Best personal trainer I’ve ever had. Glutes grew 2 inches in two months and stayed at same body weight. He’s very motivating but still kind, makes you feel like you’ve done a good job. Never leave a session feeling unsatisfied. Would 100% recommend.
