I would definitely recommend Barbara to everyone. She is kind, thoughtful and really tries to understand the person she is training. She motivates them to get the best results. I thoroughly enjoyed my sessions with Barbara, she's very easy to get along with.

Barbara is fantastic. Encouraging and realistic. She encourages me, in a supportive and empowering way. I was intimidated when starting personal training, but there was no need. I have been pushed out of my comfort zone, and I'm seeing the results, lower body fat, increased strength, increased muscle. I look forward to my sessions, although I know they will be tough I have a massive sense of achievement in how far I've come in the last 7 weeks.

From the very first session Barbara, it was clear that she was committed to helping me achieve my fitness goals and making me feel comfortable in the gym. Barbara took the time to understand my specific needs and tailored a program that suited my abilities. She also took all of my health issues into consideration and adapts sessions if I am having a difficult day (I have a heart condition). She is not only a really great personal trainer but a lovely person to be round, someone you can absolutely trust in any situation. Would highly recommend!

I have enjoyed training with Barbra she’s really helped me build my confidence, made sure I’ve achieved my goals and always motivated me. Once I started training with Barbara I felt more healthier as she also advised me on what food to eat and also helped with exercises that have helped my back problems.I would recommend her as PT as she makes a plan tailored to everyones individual goals as everyone may not want to achieve the same thing. She’s really boosted my confidence and aided me in learning how to carry out exercises safely and correctly. I have seen results from training with her and have continued to keep her as my Personal Trainer.

I absolutely adore Barbara! I have been training with her for around 6 months now (on and off)& I wouldn't choose anyone else to train with. She is very knowledgeable & focuses on a training plan to enable you to achieve your goals! She is dedicated and is always at the other end of the phone if you're struggling. I have been training on and off with Barbara for the past year now but consistently for the last 2 and 1/2 months. Since I started training barb always recommended (told me) to track my food so that I knew what I was eating and what was in it, which all of last year I never did. But for the last 2 months I have started tracking my food and I can’t believe the difference it has made. I could always see changes throughout my journey but I am actually seeing results now. I should of listened from the start!.

I absolutely love training with barb she tailors every session personally for you and targets the areas you need to work on. She is so patient when you are learning something you haven’t done before and helps you to nail it, but on the other hand she gives you the push you need to start seeing results. Even when she is not in the gym she is always on the other end of the phone giving you support and checking in with you.

I am finally starting to feel confident with my body again and that is all thanks to barb. I am going to miss her when she goes on maternity leave. I would highly recommend Barbara she’s amazing!!!

I have been training for 6 weeks and can already see a huge difference! My aim was to gain weight in muscle due to my petite size and all the exercises I were given were tailored to this. I was never really experienced in weight training, only cardio so I have learnt many new exercises that will develop the areas that I want to the most. I was shown very safe and strict technique for all exercises that I performed. Barbara is great encouragement, she pushes you to your best and motivates you throughout all sessions. I was given excellent nutritional advice and meal ideas to help me gain the weight that I needed. She was also very flexible with our sessions around my alternating shift patterns at work. Barbara has been amazing and has helped me gain the confidence I need to begin to weight train on my own aswell as one to one sessions. I can’t wait to get back training with her again at the end of January. I can’t thank her enough.

I’ve been working with Barbara for about 6/7 weeks now and am seeing amazing results! I’m getting stronger each week, being able to increase the weights I lift across various exercises and have been able to build muscle through the use of the various exercises she has me doing, alongside the help she has gave me with my nutrition and calories. 5 Stars! Immediately when I started using Barbara, she made me feel very comfortable and put me at ease as I had never used a personal trainer before. she was extremely professional and reassuring. It was one of the best decision I’ve ever made to use her services.
