I’m a passionate Personal Trainer with over 15 years of training experience and more than 3 years working professionally with clients both online and in person. During that time, I’ve helped over 25 clients achieve insane full body transformations, backed by real testimonials and long-term results.

Brad is an unbelievable PT who provides you with amazing fitness plans tailored to fit your goals and lifestyle. Having worked with Brad for a while he’s been unbelievable in helping me regain my knowledge and confidence in the gym. He is always available if you are struggling with anything and is a class act to work with. He’s dedication to help each of his clients succeed shows his dedication to his job. I went to Brad not long ago for 4 months and honestly couldn’t thank him enough got me into the best shape I’ve been in and I couldn’t fault him he helped me with anything and everything that I needed could not recommend him anymore, also once I finished my programme he still helped me with training for a half marathon which he didn’t have to.

Decided at the start of year I was going to make a change, get back into the gym and start eating better to improve my fitness, lose a bit of weight and start building some muscle. But I knew I needed someone to kick me off and show me the ropes. I went to brad eventually after mentioning it to him for a year or two prior. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Listened to my goals and worked with me to create a plan that would work following my schedule. Provided me with the knowledge to ensure my food was correct weekly and held me accountable for my poor decisions which was what I needed. Showed real professionalism in 1-1 training and pushed me to my fullest to achieve maximum results. But mainly just a good guy that u can bounce off. Makes the process enjoyable. Top lad
