Habit is what keeps you going." Commencing my training at a young age, I developed expertise in bodybuilding and health through personal endeavors and observations of seasoned athletes. Now, with the aim of infusing determination, perseverance, and versatile skills into my personal training and rehabilitation journey, I bring forth effective communication, leadership, and entrepreneurial capabilities, exemplified by my Dragons' Den award within the Welsh Baccalaureate.
