Hello, my nickname is Bron so feel free to call me this when you see me around!!

I fell in love with health and fitness at the age of 18, at which point I pursued my love for resistance training, learning about calisthenics, body building, nutrition and its relation to the body whilst training.

Having worked as a chef for 10 years I have a wide experience in how to make eating and living healthy a normal habit without restrictions. I believe that in training our body we can become more resilient to things such as illnesses, stress and a multitude of things in our day to day lives. I have a passion to make being healthy easy and to help you achieve the lifestyle you want.

The journey never starts off with anyone magically knowing all the answers to exercise and the amount of fake information really does make the fitness industry more complicated and intimidating which it really doesn't need to be. I'm here to break down those walls and provide a professional, friendly advice, creating personalised workouts and help you reach your goals, whatever they may be! Please feel free to ask me for help, I'm here to answer any questions you may have.

I really enjoy being trained by Bron, she is brilliant to work with. My confidence in the gym has really grown, I’m now happy to work in all sections of the gym where previously I found it intimidating. Bron is really knowledgeable & creates interesting & challenging PT sessions but always adapts to meet your fitness level.
I’m now so much stronger & fitter & really enjoy the mental & physical change to my body. Really looking forward to progressing & developing my strength & fitness.

Bron is a friendly and very knowledgeable personal trainer. I attend her class every week and the progress im making is incredible! I have learned to safely lift weights, squat and just enjoy the process all together:) She gave me the confidence i needed and im so grateful for that!

Going to the gym has always been a struggle for me as I lack knowledge and confidence so I just wouldn't go! I have been working with Bron for about 6 weeks now each week she has taught me something new, we constantly practice form and she watches, corrects me if needed. Bron is very patient and understands that it's a learning process for me. I love how approachable she is and I'm enjoying the training. Slowly I am building my confidence which encourages me to keep going back to her. Thankyou Amazing lady!!

I’ve been training with Bron for 2 months so far and I am already seeing visible results. She has been great at helping me to address imbalances within my body and working to find exercises that are effective for me.

I am working towards getting my first pull up and I feel we have made great progress already! Bron is so supportive and motivating!
