I fell in love with health and fitness at the age of 18, at which point I pursued my love for resistance training, learning about calisthenics, body building, nutrition and its relation to the body whilst training.

Having worked as a chef for 10 years I have a wide experience in how to make eating and living healthy a normal habit without restrictions. I believe that in training our body we can become more resilient to things such as illnesses, stress and a multitude of things in our day to day lives. I have a passion to make being healthy easy and to help you achieve the lifestyle you want.

The journey never starts off with anyone magically knowing all the answers to exercise and the amount of fake information really does make the fitness industry more complicated and intimidating which it really doesn't need to be. I'm here to break down those walls and provide a professional, friendly advice, creating personalised workouts and help you reach your goals, whatever they may be!
