Ready to transform your life? I offer supportive, focused personal training designed to improve confidence, health and quality of life. As a new PT I am very excited to help you achieve your goals and live the best life possible!

About me: Fitness became truly important to me after my own personal training journey changed my life, following my diagnosis with PCOS (now known as PMOS). Through strength and resistance training, I not only became physically stronger and fitter, but also gained confidence, knowledge, and a much healthier relationship with exercise. This has had such a positive impact on my overall wellbeing and quality of life that it inspired me to qualify as a Personal Trainer so I could help others experience the same.

My coaching style is supportive, welcoming, and focused on helping people feel comfortable and confident in the gym, no matter their starting point. With experience working with all ages. I specialise in strength and resistance-based training, helping clients build strength, improve fitness, boost confidence, and create sustainable habits that enhance both physical and mental wellbeing.

I offer both 1-to-1 personal training and small group sessions, creating a positive environment where clients feel encouraged, supported, and motivated every step of the way, with the goal of helping them feel stronger, healthier, and improve their overall quality of life.
