I’m a dedicated Personal Trainer with a lifelong passion for sport and fitness, having competed in a wide range of sports including football, swimming, athletics, and judo. As the former captain and president of my university’s judo team, I developed leadership, communication, and teamwork skills that now shape my coaching style—supportive, motivating, and client-focused.

My approach is built on reliability, patience, and confidence, ensuring every client feels comfortable, challenged, and empowered to achieve their goals. I’ve attended four sessions with PT Cem Bridges so far, but I can already say he’s absolutely fantastic! Cem is incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely cares about helping you reach your goals. I had a one-off session with Cem to help me refocus my training programme. I discussed my goals with Cem and he made sure to provide me with exercises and a training plan which worked specifically towards those goals. I’ve had a couple of PT sessions with Cem, and from the very start he was professional, knowledgable, and hospitable. He provided brilliant personalised exercises to help me improve my grip strength, and even suggested some useful equipment to build up my wrist strength further. He’s also been great at correcting my form and making sure I get the most out of each session. Highly recommend!
