Hey, I’m Charlie and I’m a new PT here at Manchester Aquatics Centre.

I became a PT after my own battles with weight gain and chronic pain, this experience has helped me to understand and have better empathy with my clients. The journey fuelled a passion for the field and inspired a career change.

With over 3 years’ experience as a PT, I have begun to further widen my knowledge by taking up a degree in physiotherapy, as well as qualifications in sports therapy and Pilates.

My training style is collaborative and supportive. I believe in giving guidance and creating skills for longevity. My aim is to help you find the most effective ways to meet your goals whilst above all, enjoying the process.

Health and fitness can be overwhelming, but I'm here to simplify it.

I was incredibly lucky to have Charlie as my PT Instructor when he was in Oxford. He was absolutely excellent and so helpful with a huge knowledge of how the body works and responds to excersise/gym work. His patience, care and attention in explaining everything and working with me was second to none.

Extremely productive and clear with instructions. Very patient too when the exercise is more challenging and also gives me stuff to work on throughout the week which is particular to me. I’ve improved on my endurance, boxing, balance and core strength very quickly and feel more comfortable in the gym all round. Very professional and all round nice guy!
