My name is Chayse Frear and fitness has been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember. I played football for over 10 years, and that’s really where my love for training and staying active began. It taught me a lot about discipline, consistency, and pushing myself—lessons I still carry into everything I do.

Over the last 5 years, I’ve shifted my focus to strength training and learning how to train in a way that’s smart, effective, and safe. Becoming a personal trainer felt like the natural next step. I’ve always loved helping people feel better—physically and mentally.

For me, fitness isn’t just about looking good. It’s about building confidence, having more energy, and feeling strong in your everyday life. I work with people to set realistic goals and create plans that actually fit around their lifestyle—not the other way around.
