Hey, I'm Cj a Personal Trainer based at The Greenwich Centre . My passion for health and fitness began in 2018, when After I had my daughter and recovered from a C-section, I wasn’t happy with how my body looked. I decided to join the gym, and through dedication, I lost the baby weight and got myself into the best shape of my life. Eight years later, I’m still on this journey, and now I’m dedicated to helping others transform their lives through fitness. This inspired me to turn that passion into a career where I help others achieve their goals.

I believe that fitness is about more than just looking good - it's about feeling strong, confident, and empowered in your own body. My mission is to provide my clients with the knowledge, support, and motivation they need to build sustainable, healthy habits and smash their fitness targets.
