About
Hi, I’m Chris Bland and I’m a fully qualified Personal Trainer with a Level 2 Fitness Instructor certificate and an Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training. I’m all about helping people feel stronger, more confident, and happier in both mind and body.
I pride myself on being friendly, down to earth, and genuinely understanding. I know that starting (or restarting) your fitness journey can feel intimidating with personal barriers and that’s why I focus on creating a supportive, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable, heard, and valued. Every session is tailored around your goals — whether that’s building strength, improving mobility, boosting confidence, or simply feeling better day to day.
One area especially close to my heart is working with clients with disabilities and those who are neurodivergent. I strongly believe that everyone deserves access to the incredible physical and mental benefits of exercise. Fitness should never feel exclusive — it should feel empowering and accessible to all.
As someone who is neurodivergent myself, my passion for exercise began over twelve years ago. What started as a way to improve my physical health quickly became something much more powerful. Exercise has transformed my life not only physically, but mentally and emotionally too — helping with focus, resilience, confidence, and overall wellbeing. Experiencing those benefits first-hand is what drives me every day to help others discover how life-changing movement can be.
My goal is simple: to help you feel great, achieve your goals, and discover a positive relationship with exercise that lasts. I don’t just deliver training sessions — I deliver support, encouragement, and a genuine commitment to helping you become your strongest self.
Let’s build something that works for you.

I enjoyed my 30 min PT session with Chris. His comunucation ahead of the sessions was great, he set me some exercises based on what I'd said I wanted to work on. You get a lot in the 30 min session and it felt like a really good work out. Some techniques that were new to me but Chris guided me through. Overall, a friendly guy and i'd highly recommend him.

Had my first PT session with Chris last week and I can honestly say he's brilliant. So much expertise and yet patience, I was put at ease from the first second. Chris took my me through a routine that he devised, he had a rough plan from my application. Which he amended, there and then with work on areas, such as strengthening my bad back muscles and other specifics to suit me. He is straight talking, and calm, with no judgement or expectations, which is best for me. Chris knows his stuff. I'm hooked and am booking a course with Chris now, of sessions whilst they are such great intro price. Genuinely recommend Chris.

I had my free complimentary session yesterday with Chris at the leisure centre, I would absolutely 100% recommend. I intended on only doing the complimentary session to see what techniques and skills I could improve on as opposed to the intention of continuing/ paying for more PT classes after the complimentary one - but now after meeting Chris and having a session with him I am 99.9% sure going to contact him again to book further sessions. Not only was the session only supposed to be for 30 minutes - but Chris gave me a full on hard 50-60min session for free - I also felt really really comfortable (which VERY OFTEN I do NOT). He was lovely, I got the impression that he knew exactly what he was talking about fitness wise, I felt supported and motivated, and I'm very keen to look into his packages and continue sessions with him. Lovely guy, very informative and a great 10/10 experience all round. (I am also very sore today - which is always good). Thankyou!!!! I 100% recommend :))

Excellent! I was really nervous getting back into the gym with Chris totally understood. He made me feel relaxed and I left feeling confident and with a great plan for my fitness. Would recommend
