Fitness and a healthy lifestyle have been a part of my life since my teenage years. With more than 10 years of experience training in the gym and recently completing my first full marathon in 2025, I understand the importance of pushing your fitness limits while still treating your body with kindness and respect.
With a Spanish-German background and having moved to the UK in 2015, I enjoy working with people from a variety of cultures, ages, and fitness levels. My goal as a personal trainer is to help you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident, whatever stage of life or fitness journey you are in.
I am passionate about helping clients build a balanced and enjoyable approach to fitness and nutrition that feels realistic and sustainable. Together, we can create habits that not only improve your physical health but also fit naturally into your lifestyle.
Alongside my experience teaching fitness classes such as group cycling and Power Pump, I am also completing a degree in psychology. This allows me to support you not only physically, but mentally too — helping you build motivation, confidence, consistency, and the right mindset to achieve lasting results.
My aim is to give you the tools, support, and encouragement you need to turn fitness into a lifestyle you genuinely enjoy and never want to give up.
