Hi, I'm Cieran, I got my start in fitness by playing rugby as a young teenager up to joining Filton Rugby Academy. There I trained with professional strength and conditioning coaches and found my passion for strength training!

I believe that exercise and strength training should be available for everyone to enjoy no matter your age, disability or prior experience/fitness level. And that the most important part is being able to have fun and enjoy the journey as that's key to sticking to it for long term goals!

Whether your goals are to lose fat, build muscle, increase strength/power, better your sports performance or just to get started in the gym I can help build a specialized program for your goals. I'll be here to help you every step of the way and to make it as fun as possible.
