My fitness journey kicked off in 2013, and it completely transformed my life. Taking part in a bikini competition in 2018 taught me the power of dedication and self-belief, whilst completing my first half marathon in 2021 showed me that our bodies are capable of incredible things when we fuel them with the right mindset and training. These achievements ignited a fire in me to share this passion and help others discover what they're truly capable of.
