I’m a Personal Trainer over 55 who understands firsthand what it means to rebuild from the ground up. After facing significant challenges across my health, career, and personal life, I did something very difficult, a complete 180° shift in mindset - one that led me to prioritize not just physical fitness, but mental resilience and soulful wellbeing.
That journey wasn’t easy. In the beginning, I had very little guidance, and progress felt slow and uncertain. But once I found the right support, everything accelerated. That experience shaped how I work today.
I’m caring, focused, and driven by a deep sense of integrity. I bring not only professional knowledge, but lived experience to every client I support.
My goal is simple: to help others navigate their own challenges more quickly and with greater clarity than I had—so they can move toward a stronger, healthier, more balanced life with confidence.

Colin is a fantastic trainer, he genuinely cares and takes a lot of pride in his work, he never clock watches, he’s soul focus is you which is a rare find. He spends a lot of time getting to know everyone around the gym with no agenda behind it, if he is walking past and sees your form is off he will politely ask if he can give you some advice on how to correct it. I’m truly grateful and appreciative of the help he has given me over the last few months

I had my first training session with Colin and it was honestly amazing, we focused on arms and he really payed attention to every detail to make sure my form was correct. The session made me feel very positive about the gym and there was 0 judgement at all!!!

Colin is a fountain of knowledge, he is calm and collected in his delivery and explains everything really well. He understands what you want and works hard to tailor his session to it!

He is very kind and respectful of my boundaries esp as I am a visibly Muslim woman which was very reassuring. Colin showed me how to use the gym machines and told me which ones were good to support my weak joints. Overall he is a fantastic PT to have in the gym and super helpful

I had a personal training session with Colin this morning and it was excellent. He was really motivating throughout the session and taught me a lot, especially how to use the cable machine properly. We focused on some glute exercises using the cable machine, and I could really feel the work in my glutes and got a great pump from the workout.
Colin is very knowledgeable, explains things clearly, and clearly knows his stuff. I came away feeling more confident with the equipment and learned techniques I can use in future workouts. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer!

Colin and I had an amazing session working on the form of important exercises like barbell rows. His knowledge is evident from minute one as he talked me through specific grips, isolating muscle groups, and all around technique. I left the session excited to keep pushing myself with new lifts that I immediately added to my rotation. Even if you feel you are an advanced lifter, Colin can and will push you to new limits with insights and advice. I recommend him to anyone of any level, and I look forward to working with him again.

I had my session with Collin after coming back to the gym after a couple of months off and it was exactly what I needed. We focused on upper body, shoulders and chest, and he took the time to make sure my form was right on everything. One thing that really stuck with me was how he explained breathing during bench press. It made such a difference and finally clicked for me. He was also really encouraging throughout, which gave me a lot of confidence getting back into it. Would definitely recommend him if you’re looking for someone who actually takes the time to teach you properly.

Since I was new to the gym at St Pancras, Colin was one of the first people I met on my first day. He greeted me with warmth and made me feel very welcomed. I worked with him for a 30-minute session focused on exercises to strengthen my glutes. Colin's understanding of my health issues helped him tailor the workout to what was best for me. I genuinely recommend Colin for his kindness and expertise.

He has helped me so much over the last year or so with many gym questions I have had. For example, when the glutes machine was broken for a long time, I asked Colin what I could do instead. He very kindly took the time out of his own training to show me an alternative way to do the same exercise and how to do it safely (which is a big focus for him). I actually had an amazing session today I really enjoyed myself the last time I lost weight. I did it like not so much alone but it was I was very confused in what I needed the nutrition and how to use gym equipment so I always stay at home but today coming out and meeting new people and actually really enjoying myself and seeing you know there’s like a little community going on with people know each other and they speak to each other and greet each other. I met Colin after developing a number of serious medical issues following Covid, pneumonia, and eventually diabetes. I was struggling physically and mentally — even walking up a flight of stairs felt impossible. I gained weight, lost confidence, and withdrew into myself, using food as an escape.
The idea of stepping into a gym filled me with dread. I tried, and I failed. It felt intimidating, and the gym staff I encountered showed little understanding of my feelings or my needs.
Then I met Colin.
Being a similar age and openly sharing his own journey gave me the hope I desperately needed. He designed a program and a sustainable way of eating that helped me regain control. That, in turn, gave me the confidence to try the gym again — but this time, he was right there with me. Guiding me. Encouraging me. Helping me heal, physically and mentally.

Today, I’m proud to say:
I am diabetes-free.
I can not only climb stairs easily — I can run 5K, something I once thought was impossible.
