Colin is very welcoming when it comes to the gym. He lets it be known that everyone starts somewhere ( at the beginner stage) and it is alright to feel uncomfortable at first. It’s getting comfortable being uncomfortable where he pushes you to be at, inspiring you to do more and be better. My time with Colin I have seen great results with my physique, mental health and my work ethic. He makes gym fun, not just an environment to get the work done, but puts emphasis on enjoying the journey.
