From being a self-conscious, overweight kid, I've evolved into the confident personal trainer I am today, thanks to my journey in the gym. Starting my fitness journey in this very gym was a pivotal decision, allowing me to discover my true self. I dedicated my after-school hours to powerlifting and strength-based exercises for the best part of 4 years before transitioning into a more “fat loss” phase of my life, focused on bodybuilding and efficient muscle growth. Alongside training, nutrition played a crucial role in my goals, reinforcing my belief that what we eat is as vital as how we train. After all, most of our time is spent outside of the gym, so it is here where most of our recovery and transformation occurs.

Realizing the pivotal role of nutrition in my own fitness journey has empowered me to create personalized nutrition plans tailored to your unique goals and lifestyle. I'll guide you in making sustainable changes that fuel your body for optimal performance and results, from crafting balanced meals to debunking nutrition myths.
