Hi, my name is Craig and I am a certified Level 3 Personal Trainer. I am also qualified in nutrition for exercise as well as GP exercise referral.

Fitness and sport have been my abiding interest and passion all my life. My mother is a former sprinter and I have participated in team and individual sports, including football, boxing and athletics since I was very young.

I am highly motivated and passionate about health and fitness and I'm dedicated to assisting my clients on their journey to improve their body confidence and achieve their personal goals.

I specialise in all levels of fitness, weight loss, toning, H.I.I.T circuits, nutrition and diet planning, personal goals, body conditioning and group training.

My training systems are tailored to each individual with the aim to motivate clients to live well and adopt healthier, more active and more creative lifestyles which are suited to them.

Greatest Achievements
Client Annabelle Breakenridge was featured on the front page of Women's Health magazine after winning the official 'The Body' 2016. I was also featured in this article with a two page spread of our hiit workout.

I worked with Annabelle towards set goals she wanted to achieve within a personal timescale for the magazine shoot, which she was able to fit in around a very full on work schedule.

We started working out with Craig about 3 months ago and he is without a doubt our lockdown gift. Craig immediately understood what we needed from a trainer and has encouraged us on our fitness journey week after week.

Craig is calm, knowledgable and motivational. He knows how to push us just that bit further and the sense of achievement is immense.
