Hi there, my name is Daniel or Dan. Yes, I’m a Personal Trainer. The question is…why? Well, it's really straight forward. I've always had a passion for sports and fitness. It was actually the only thing I ever wanted to do.

As a job it's very rewarding and allows me to effect positive change in a person's lifestyle helping them work towards their individual goals. As your coach, it’s my job to ensure that when you're with me everything is executed accordingly in order to get the results you are after in a safe and comfortable environment. My main focus with you as my client is to improve your body’s ability to perform in and out of the gym. The focus on your programming will be based around weight training, mobility with a big emphasis on nutrition. I enjoy educating clients on different training principles so they're able to give 100% effort knowing that they're taking the necessary action in order to produce exceptional results. I’m also a firm believer in reversing poor health conditions by eating real food and training hard.
Furthermore, I have an educational background in BSc in Human Nutrition that I acquired from university. The course helped develop a deeper knowledge into the science of dieting, not just physically but mentally. I cater to all individuals whether its fat loss or muscle gain.

It's also important for me to state that I enjoy all aspects of promoting a long term healthy lifestyle.
