Hi, my name is Dan, I decided to become a personal trainer because I have a passion for sports, health and fitness and would love to help others achieve their fitness goals.
My own personal training style is a mixture of resistance training, functional training and sport specific performance training. With my degree in Sport Science and my personal training qualifications, I can help you pursue your goals with a tailored, structured and effective training program. As a coach, I want you to feel motivated and confident both inside and outside of the gym. As well as learning and developing positive long term habits that will stand the test of time.

Whether your goals are to lose weight, build muscle or improve sports performance, I am here to help!

Every gym member is unique, and has their own personal reasons for training. Together, I believe we can build a training plan and process, tailored to your goals, which can fit around your other commitments in life. Our goals are often the motivating force to begin training, but our enjoyment and fulfilment within the gym are the reasons we carry on!
