I help busy professionals and everyday individuals build strength, energy, and balance without sacrificing their careers or lifestyle. My aim is simple: to help people of all ages improve their fitness, mindset, and overall quality of life through structured, athletic-style training.
Sport has always been a huge part of my life. Growing up, I competed across multiple disciplines, playing football at semi-professional level, representing at county level in basketball, and training in athletics under the guidance of a former Olympian coach. Those experiences shaped my understanding of performance, discipline, and what it takes to progress both physically and mentally.
I’ve worked in the fitness industry for over a decade, helping clients build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits. Later in life, after completing my marketing degree, I spent time in the corporate world. That experience gave me a wider perspective and reinforced how vital training and movement are for long-term health, energy, and mental clarity, especially for working professionals trying to juggle multiple responsibilities.
In recent years, boxing has become my true passion. What began as a way to stay fit developed into a dedicated pursuit that now strongly influences my coaching. Boxing demands focus, resilience, and consistency, qualities that transfer directly into everyday life.
Alongside training, I’ve always had a deep love for music. I believe rhythm and movement are closely connected, particularly in boxing where timing and flow are everything. I incorporate music into my box-fit and conditioning sessions to create energy, focus, and an environment that pushes clients to perform at their best. Training should feel powerful and engaging, not repetitive.
My coaching blends strength training, functional movement, and boxing-inspired conditioning to help people train like athletes, regardless of their starting point. I focus on building strength, improving movement, and developing confidence that carries beyond the gym.
