Hi ,I am Daniel. I am a certified personal trainer.I became a personal trainer because I wanted to share my over 18 years experience in the fitness industry with others .
For me a healthy life is a way of life and it is much more then lifting weights . It’s about warming up , stretching ,eating healthy and have a good quality sleep .
I am focusing on helping people to see what their body is capable of, always aiming to test the limits of your body . You will not only look good but also feel happier , stronger and healthier.
I offer a variety of services including 1 to 1 personal training, weight loss , endurance training, develop individual fitness training plans .
Sessions will be always focusing on client goals and needs .

In November I became disillusioned with resistance training. I reached out to Dan asking if he could simplify and reduce the exercises I was doing. Previously I was weight training over 4 hours a week just to maintain my muscles and strength, it felt tiring and exhausting. Training with Dan has resulted in me training just 3 hours a week and gaining in strength and muscle mass.
Dan is helping my view of exercise change, it doesn't have to be something to be battled through, I can enjoy it. Dan has shown me that rather than pushing on with exercises despite pain from injuries that alternative exercises exist, these can still allow muscle groups to be worked without having to endure the discomfort.
I am learning so much from Dan, for example I had no idea about actively engaging different muscles and having a mind-muscle connection. The pauses for full extension and contraction during the exercises are also something Dan has taught me.
Dan is professional, dedicated and enjoys his work, this all becomes very clear when you train with him.

Daniel has been my PT since October 2024 and has been fantastic! I’d been away from the gym for 5 years and joined my closest gym to home last year as I realised I needed to do more exercise and to get back in shape at the age of 55. The gym has been good but Daniel has taken it to a much higher level for me and he is motivating me to do more and more. He is patient with me and explains every exercise and the personal plan he sets out for me each week. He is a great PT and inspires me and I am sure all his clients to work hard and get as fit as possible. He goes above and beyond to support and encourage and absolutely knows his stuff.
