Can’t recommend Dan enough, he got me fit and ready for my first hyrox competition. He answered all my questions and adapted plans when I was injured to ensure I could still train. He even came to support me on the day which I really appreciated!

As someone who is constantly injured, imbalanced or paying horrendous amounts to a physio — Dan has been a life saver! I am now able to do a back squat without falling over & my shoulder is mobile enough to do so. Given the fact that I have never done any sort of endurance or steady state cardio, Dan had his hands full in training me for what was my first ever fitness comp, HYROX. Went from having ran 200m to 10km. All the while keeping me engaged with a variety of different training modalities.
