I've worked with Dan for about nine months now and he is just fantastic! Very supportive and helpful while pushing me to lift heavier than I ever thought I could. He's always quick to answer when I have questions, and even sent a hastily filmed video to demonstrate an exercise once! I feel much more confident in the gym and proud of what my body can do now. He's been really understanding of my struggles with mental health and encouraged me to get back to the gym when I've been worried about strength loss and being unable to get back. If you're unsure about going to the gym or getting a personal trainer, I really recommend giving Dan a shout and letting him put you at ease.

I signed up for Hyrox with no real idea what I was doing and after less than 2months with Dan as my PT, I am feeling strong and confident for my race next week. The programming has been great, it has challenged me and never felt too repetitive. I look forward to every training session and as a result I haven’t missed one!

For someone who has never used weights in the past and hadn't really used a gym before, Dan made the experience pleasant and made me feel at ease quickly. In my first few weeks, Dan allowed me to try different techniques and pieces of equipment to understand my abilities and what I enjoyed, then tailoring a plan to suit those abilities and what I wanted to gain from the sessions.
