Hi, I'm Danielle Forshaw,
I currently have my own business with the hope of training clients of all different fitness levels, helping them gain confidence and achieve their goals.

One thing I aim to do is make sure you enjoy my session and leave feeling like you got the most out of your workout.
My sessions main focus will always be my clients goal whether that be weight management to muscle building.

I want to motivate people and get them going on their fitness journey whether your a young adult or senior citizen, everyone will be treated the same and given the same amount of energy throughout the sessions.

If you see me in the gym and have any questions don't hesitate to stop me and ask away.

I’ve just had my third session with Danielle and I’ve already learned so much!! I taught myself how to lift weights and contacted Danielle as I wanted to make sure that I’m doing things correctly so that I can prevent injury. Danielle is kind, helpful & non-judgemental. I look forward to seeing what else I learn in the coming weeks - would recommend!
