Darren’s a very good personal trainer, very knowledgeable and great education on how I can better my technique with various exercises. I really enjoy his session plans and how effective his workouts are. Love the boxing too! I Would recommend Darren!

Darren gave my elderly father an introductory session, showing him some key exercises to help him keep up his strength and mobility. He had clearly thought carefully about his likely needs and lifestyle, and was professional, gentle, respectful and patient, taking a lead from my father and simplifying exercises when required, also explaining the benefits of each one. He was clearly knowledgeable, enthusiastic and able to adapt when required.

Darren shows you how to perform the exercises correctly and to the best of your ability. His knowledge of boxing techniques is impressive and he always provides a good session on the pads which I find helps me feel good as well as getting a great workout.

I always really enjoy my PT sessions with Darren. I particularly like circuit training using slam balls and also enjoy boxing for fitness. He is very good at motivating you and provides excellent teaching points to ensure I am doing the exercises correctly.
