Hey, I’m David Evans, a Personal Trainer based at Morden Leisure Centre.

My fitness journey started when I reached a point where I knew something had to change. Through my own transformation from a “dad bod”, I understand what it truly takes to lose body fat, build strength, and create lasting change both physically and mentally. That journey showed me what’s possible when you have the right plan and support in place, and it’s what led me to help others do the same.

I specialise in helping everyday gym members build confidence, reduce body fat, and develop lean muscle through structured coaching that delivers real, lasting results.
