Edmund listened to my specific goals to strengthen my leg to support my knees to avoid knee surgery. Also I have age related arthritis and wanted to strengthen my arms to play the flute. His programs are varied and he adjusts my form to insure I get the best workout.
He has gently encouraged me to do more than I thought I could. My NHS physiotherapist is pleased with my results so far and has taken me off her books. I would recommend Edmund to anyone who wants to improve their health and fitness. Nothing is a quick fix, but with his help and encouragement it's a bit easier and he provides lots of motivation. He is passionate about helping people to help themselves.
