I’ve had a great experience training with Edmund as my personal trainer. In just 2 months, I was able to lose 7 kg, which I honestly didn’t think would be possible so quickly. Edmund constantly motivates me and pushes me to achieve more while still making sure the workouts are safe and effective.

What I appreciate the most is how he helped design a vegetarian Indian diet plan that fits perfectly with my lifestyle. It made the whole weight loss journey much easier and sustainable.

Edmund is a personal trainer who definitely puts a great deal of emphasis on understanding what his clients want to achieve from their sessions whilst always being aware of any limitations they are facing at the time. I’ve been training with Edmund for the past few months, and the experience has been outstanding. I wasn’t keen on training alone and I found it hard motivate myself but from day one he took the time to understand my fitness level, goals, and any limitations I had. I’ve been having PT sessions with Edmund for 3/4 weeks now and it’s been amazing. He’s helped me to understand what machines/weights to use and when and his workouts are varied which I love. He pushes you past your limits and always gets the best out of you. He encourages you to keep going and without him there I would have stopped on a lot of the sets. I feel a million times better in myself because of him and the sessions.

Edmund is an outstanding personal trainer with an exceptional understanding of the body and muscle groups. His knowledge is extensive, and every session feels purposeful, safe, and intelligently planned. Edmund listened to my specific goals to strengthen my leg to support my knees to avoid knee surgery. Also I have age related arthritis and wanted to strengthen my arms to play the flute. His programs are varied and he adjusts my form to insure I get the best workout.
He has gently encouraged me to do more than I thought I could. My NHS physiotherapist is pleased with my results so far and has taken me off her books. I would recommend Edmund to anyone who wants to improve their health and fitness. Nothing is a quick fix, but with his help and encouragement it's a bit easier and he provides lots of motivation.
