Hi there, I’m Edwin and I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer. I specialised in general fitness, bodybuilding, hypotrophy training and powerlifting. I offer fitness performance testing as well as training programmes and macro management for busy professionals.
I started my training journey before fitness had evolved and what lead me to becoming a Personal Trainer was the interest I had and still have for science based fitness which is constantly progressing. I have a wide knowledge of fitness, movement and well-being which are linked to making us feel amazing.
