Fitness completely changed my life — not just physically, but mentally too. After breaking my back, I had to rebuild my strength, confidence, movement, and trust in my body from the ground up. That experience completely changed how I view health and fitness, and it’s a huge part of why I became a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor.
My coaching is centred around improving quality of life, not just aesthetics. I help people build strength, improve fitness, move well, recover properly and create habits that genuinely support long-term health and longevity. Whether that’s improving confidence in the gym, increasing energy levels, supporting recovery and sleep, building muscle to stay mobile later in life or creating healthier routines that actually last.
I take a supportive, realistic approach to coaching , focusing on movement, nutrition habits, recovery and sustainable behaviour change rather than quick fixes or extremes.
Alongside personal training, I train across multiple disciplines including strength training, martial arts, gymnastics, endurance fitness and horse riding, giving me a well-rounded understanding of movement, performance and resilience.
My goal is to help people become stronger, healthier and more capable for life.
