Hi, my name is Erica, I am a qualified nurse and qualified personal trainer. I can guide you with your nutrition and help you to become healthier with a holistic approach. I can tailor a training programme that will fit your lifestyle whether you are a busy mom or have limited time because of your career. I will help you boost your self-esteem and feel happier.

Being in the fitness industry is the best decision I've ever made. I can offer you my service, be your fitness buddy, motivate you, give you advice and provide you with guidance throughout your journey.

I have been training with Erica for 3 months.she is a great trainer and very friendly. She pushes me to exceed my limits and I m so grateful for her for that.she has a good knowledge about human body and various muscles groups and how to train the muscle in one specific area on order to achieve desired results.i m very happy and satisfied with her.i would highly recommend Everyone to have sessions as with erica.i have noticed an increase in my strength and my body is much toned now.she is always available on whatsapp and she is very supportive.she also sends diet related information.i m looking forward to keep training with her.

I am having the best time of my life whenever I go to the gym to have my PT SESSION with Erica. I have been with her since I am expecting my daughter and now that she is 8 months old. Erica is expert in dealing with Prenatal and Post-natal. During my pregnancy we managed the weight gain, control it and stayed in a healthy weight gain for my baby to have the proper nutrition she needed that time. Now, Erica’s approached is different and I am very happy with it. She motivated me to support me. I will never replace her as my Personal Trainer.

Erica is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). I approached Erica after I gained weight due to my Thyroid. I have some knee and back pains which she took into consideration when putting an exercise plan for me.
