I have worked in the fitness industry for several years and I am here to help you enjoy exercise whilst also getting results. Whether it is strength, weight loss or confidence in the gym, I can support you in achieving your goals with bespoke programmes that are challenging, interesting and that work with your schedule.

After training with Esther for the past 6 months, I've noticed a total change in my form and confidence in the gym, after having 3 personal trainers in various gyms, I found it difficult to click with someone who understood my goals. Esther is patient, hardworking and supportive - will help you develop different skills, will assess what style of training you enjoy and ensure you're getting the most out of your sessions.
I'm no longer worried about entering the free weights area and not knowing what to do, and I'm learning new skills which I can use on my own every week.
On a personal level, Esther is super friendly, compassionate and always up for a challenge, which I admire - I'd recommend her to anyone.

Choosing to train with Esther is one of the best decisions I have made! This time last year I was feeling so
despondent with my fitness levels, body image and was sleeping terribly. I was so nervous about my first PT session, but Esther was so supportive and knowledgeable, I instantly felt at ease. Esther has been my PT for the past 10 months and I have really enjoyed our strength training sessions. Esther is friendly, knowledge and puts a lot of effort into creating personalised plans. I would definitely recommend her!

Esther is an absolutely incredible PT. I have been working with her for almost 10 months now and I have enjoyed every session. She is extremely supportive and encourages you to reach your targets. I had no idea about the gym before starting and she has helped me increase my confidence to work out safely. She is a great teacher, always positive and fun to train with and I look forward to continuing our sessions together.

What can I say really about Esther? I’ve enjoyed each and every one of my personal training sessions with Esther it’s always a hard push for me but with every lesson I grow stronger and more confident in the gym! Highly recommended :)
