Training and sport have always been a big part of my life. Whether it’s being in the gym or playing football, I’ve always enjoyed improving, competing, and seeing progress over time. That mindset is what led me into personal training.
I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer and currently in my final year studying Sport & Exercise Science, so I combine practical coaching experience with a strong understanding of how the body works. Alongside this, I’ve spent several years as a swimming coach, working with different ages and abilities. That experience shaped the way I coach today, focusing on clear communication, strong fundamentals, and helping people build confidence in their ability.
My approach is straightforward and realistic. I focus on proper technique, progressive training, and building habits that actually fit around your lifestyle. I genuinely enjoy working with people from all backgrounds and fitness levels, helping them feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in themselves.

Ethan is brilliant! Never had a PT session until today so it was a bit daunting. Ethan was so easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable and clearly knows what he’s talking about. Would definitely recommend.
