Recently started with Ethan after training by myself for a year. The guy has helped so much with my form and training program along with helping reduce a long term knee pain.

Really knows what he's teaching you, and has all the time for his clients, would definitely recommend for new people or long term lifters.

Been with Ethan for a couple of months now and he's honestly brilliant. Takes the time to show you each exercise in depth to make sure you get your form right. He's always trying to motivate you and keep you on track.

I have a few different health issues and he always makes sure that I'm able to push myself where I can and understands when something is too much. He's very reactive to how things go in a session and tweaks things on the fly to make sure you get a great workout and don't hurt yourself!

I would absolutely recommend him to anyone wanting to get into the gym and build up their strength, brilliant guy!
