I recently had a session with Ethan. Done some boxing drills and then a back workout. I’ve been training in the gym for years but what Ethan showed me in just an hour was brilliant.

Learnt new ways of targeting certain areas of my back plus the pad work was brilliant. Highly recommend Ethan if you’re looking to get into shape, smashing your goals or upskilling on what you’re doing now!
