Want to be fitter, stronger, healthier and happier? I train athletes and everyday people into athletes.

I specialise in strength and conditioning as well as weight loss, muscle building (hypertrophy), and body recomposition. I've trained athletes, (to-be) military personnel, clinical patients with stroke history, diabetes, obesity, as well as pre- and post-natal women. I will help you achieve any health and fitness goals you have.

I've come from an academic background, with much knowledge of sports sciences and biostatistics, into the fitness industry out of passion and love for sports. My dream is to be a PhD trainer and professor, on the forefront of research as well as coaching.

I know how intimidating coming into the gym can be for a lot of women and LGBTQ+ people, so I'm always here to help. Nothing gets me out of bed more than my messages from clients telling me how confident they've got in the gym and out of the gym, because as a trainer I don't just care about improving your physical health, but also improving your mental health, your life.
