Great sessions with George. He is motivating and encouraging while giving enough space to feel confident in your own abilities. He explains what each exercise benefits and how to improve. Aside from all the other positives, he is just an all round great guy. Thanks George :)

Combining a scientific, evidence based methodology to training with an emphasis on positive mental health, George offers a holistic training approach that fulfils a much needed niche in the PT space.
