Improving your fitness doesn’t have to mean overhauling your entire life — it starts with the right structure, support, and consistency.
After 20 years working in the corporate world, I understand how demanding modern schedules can be. Long hours, family responsibilities, and competing priorities make consistency difficult — I’ve lived that reality. That experience shapes how I coach today.
Training has been a constant in my own life. For years I’ve trained in CrossFit and Olympic lifting, as well as completing endurance challenges such as 15-mile Spartan runs — all alongside a busy career. That experience has taught me how to build strength, resilience, and conditioning in a structured and sustainable way. It’s also given me a deep understanding of technique, recovery, and progression — lessons I bring into every coaching relationship to help clients train safely, confidently, and effectively.
My training philosophy is simple: fitness should support your life, not compete with it. I focus on practical, structured training that builds strength, confidence, and healthy habits in a sustainable way. Whether you’re returning to exercise, new to the gym, or balancing a busy lifestyle, I create tailored plans that fit your routine and keep you progressing safely.
I specialise in helping busy people build gym confidence, improve overall fitness, and develop long-term consistency. Alongside training, I provide practical guidance around everyday nutrition and habits to support your goals. My coaching style is supportive, realistic, and results-focused — helping you feel stronger, healthier, and more capable both inside and outside the gym.

I've always been a bit intimidated by the gym environment so I've found it really helpful to have Graeme guiding me and easing me into it gently. It's evident that Graeme enjoys what he does. His enthusiasm, energy and positive encouragement help motivate me. He makes sessions fun with a mix of different exercises. He also takes the time to really listen and explain which helps me to learn. In 6 weeks I've been able to see measurable progress in terms of my data points and an increase in my confidence levels in the gym environment. I'll be continuing to work with Graeme and am happy to recommend him.

I’ve been attending PT sessions with Graeme for 6 weeks now, twice per week, and have seen real progress so far, building strength, increasing my mobility and cardio fitness. We have worked on a variety of core strength movements, perfecting my technique, and I have subsequently achieved several PB’s including bench press, shoulder press and deadlift, all of which i had felt my progress had stalled before beginning regular PT sessions with Graeme. He’s also provided me with nutrition advice to get my diet on track and I feel like my clothes are already a bit looser, so hope this continues with his regular encouragement and feedback. Graeme’s sessions are always varied while also allowing for progression on one or two key strength movements. He has been really easy to chat with and always very encouraging, putting me at ease. I would happily recommend Graeme for anyone looking to start or progress on their fitness journey.
